Comforts

When things get bad/mad/sad, what are your comforts?

I’m a grade-A wallower. I tend to immerse myself in emotion rather than turn away from it. I have people (Nate, my parents, my best friend), objects (a cozy bed, peppermint hot chocolate, my stuffed Winnie the Pooh) and actions (watching Gilmore Girls, long hugs, wearing cute outfits) that I turn to in order to get me through tough times. What do you do? Do you wallow?
