Thursday Morning Muffins

A weird thing about Canada — one of many– is that they celebrate Thanksgiving in OCTOBER. Some will argue that this is a more historically accurate time for the holiday since October yields a more plentiful crop than the end of November and so on and so forth, blah blah blah.

But really, I’ll take any excuse to celebrate Thanksgiving twice a year instead of one.

Want to join in the festivities? Give yourself a little taste of the holidays?

Smitten Kitchen has a really scrumptious looking pumpkin muffin recipe that I have just taken out of the oven. They sure to do smell delicious!
