Blast From The Past

I seem to remember having a pair of these exact sandals in white when I was about, oh, NINE. But that is not a bad thing. Remember that time I wrote about those red and gold sparkly ModCloth flats? And how they reminded me of the good ole days? Well I am now a proud owner of a pair of those and seriously get compliments on them constantly. They are pretty much my favorites.

This little blast from the past could be the same thing. Their practicality calls to me. Incidentally, they are also from ModCloth.

Sweet Summer Dresses

Are you dreaming of summer? I sure am. If I had a spare sixty dollars (which I don’t) I’m not really sure which of these beauties I would buy. They’re all so lovely.

The second one reminds me of The Artist. Have you seen it? I loooooooved it AND the Oscars are this weekend!! Not going to lie, my favorite part about the Oscars is the fashion.

Sink In

One of my utmost super favorite things about fall and winter is how cozy it is. Think about it! You can’t cuddle in the spring and summer, it’s too hot! You can’t snuggle under a big comfy comforter or wrap yourself in a fuzzy flannel blanket.  Campfires, although lovely in their own way, are comforting but they aren’t cozy (I think that might have something to do with the whole fireplace rug versus fire pit log problem — logs are inherently un-cozy). I won’t even begin on the beverages.

I’m excited for things to be cozy and comforting and warm.

What do you think? Summer frolicking or Winter snuggling?
